Every MEGA MOBILE® CPOsmart™ phone includes a 90-day limited warranty from the date of purchase covering functional defects in the device.
If a covered functional defect occurs during the warranty period, MEGA MOBILE® will inspect the device and, at its option, repair or replace the device.

What is not covered
The limited warranty does not cover:
– Physical or accidental damage
– Cracked screens or housings
– Liquid damage
– Damage caused by misuse or neglect
– Unauthorized repair or modification
– Normal wear and tear
– Normal reduction in battery capacity over time

Battery Coverage

Every CPOsmart™ phone is sold with at least 85% battery health at the time of sale.

Normal battery wear or reduction in battery capacity after purchase is not considered a covered defect. A functional battery failure during the warranty period may be inspected to determine whether it qualifies for warranty service.

Warranty Service
The device must be returned
